    Manya is a recent postgraduate with internship experience at the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) and Altigreen Propulsion Labs, where she served as a research intern and a data analyst intern, respectively. Her expertise lies in data analysis and visualization using R and Python, applied econometrics, and utilizing machine learning in economics. She has interned at various organizations, including think tanks, startups, and a Big Four consulting firm, gaining diverse experience across different sectors. Manya is passionate about using data to create positive social impact and enjoys telling stories through data.

    Current Role

    Manya currently holds the position of Research Analyst at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), within the Social Impact team. Her role involves supporting both internal evaluation and research projects, as well as external client engagements. Her responsibilities encompass contributing to the evaluation, analysis, and reporting of insights derived from our data, thereby playing a pivotal role in the research-backed decision-making process at CCL.
