Summary
In this study, Center for Creative Leadership researchers asked 247 senior executives worldwide about 10 leadership trends in business. To face upcoming complex challenges, the executives believed that putting a higher importance on innovation is crucial. Developing and retaining talent is another key to future success. In order to be effective leaders, executives must foster collaborative workplace environments and focus on being more authentic.
