Road Trip™ Game (Beta)

A game challenge for 4-6 players to discover the outcomes of leadership.

In this game challenge, just like in our work life, all people involved in the work must play a part to achieve the results we strive for. To achieve collective success, we need to agree on the DIRECTION (D) or goals of our shared work; we need shared ALIGNMENT (A) so that our work is well coordinated; and we need the COMMITMENT (C) of each person to the needs of the collective. We call these three (DAC) the outcomes of leadership.

The box contains the Road Trip™ instructions, debrief questions, Road Trip maze and map cards, etc. plus the guidebook DIRECTION, ALIGNMENT, COMMITMENT: Achieving better results through leadership.
