Experience
Dan has broad experience as a leadership researcher and consultant. He has conference presentations and publications spanning leadership, organizational psychology, and public health. His expertise includes leader development, psychological capital, coaching, and several statistical methods, with deep expertise in bibliometric methods. As a consultant, he has created, administered, and managed various types of leadership assessments and other developmental tools. Dan is currently completing his PhD in organizational psychology at Claremont Graduate University.
Current Role
Dan is a research associate at the Center for Creative Leadership. His work spans multiple teams and content areas. He is currently applying his knowledge of leadership development, coaching, and research methodology among both the Insights & Impact (I&I) and the Leadership Analytics and Strategic Research (LASR) teams. More specifically, he is working to advance CCL’s efforts of measuring, evaluating, and researching the impact of executive coaching.
