DeAndre Avinger

DeAndre specializes in assessment development, evaluation, and statistical analytics. DeAndre joined CCL from the academic world, previously having received his Masters from San Francisco State University in Psychology, where his research focused on social psychology, inter-group dynamics, and attitudinal influences on social behavior.  DeAndre received his BA in Psychology from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania.

DeAndre is an Evaluation Analyst on the Insights & Impact team. He helps to manage aspects of the standardized data collection and reporting processes for CCL’s leadership programs. He also is leveraging his background in statistics to enhance CCL’s analytics and reporting infrastructure.
