Summary
To help our healthcare clients better understand and focus the development of their leaders, the Center for Creative Leadership analyzed leadership effectiveness data from nearly 35,000 people working in the field. This paper shares the details of the study, introduces the Center for Creative Leadership’s healthcare leadership framework, offers strategies for developing leaders, and provides tips to improve leadership capacity and foster a collaborative environment.
