Summary
This paper provides information on the most critical competencies for leaders within the APAC region and provides a reference point for evaluating leader development efforts and practices. The “dashboard” provides a baseline understanding of the critical leader competencies, and overall leadership capabilities, needed to survive now and thrive in the future.
