Summary
This case study on of several articles on the topic of boundary-spanning leadership that have appeared in Leadership in Action. The real-life stories in these articles often involve high-stakes events that play out on a global stage; however, the lessons from these stories are relevant and applicable to anyone in a leadership role who seeks to bridge boundaries in his or her organization or community.
