Summary
This paper addresses key challenges the Asian Human Resources function will face in the future. Twenty-one heads of HR working for Western and Asian multinational corporations and local enterprises in Singapore were interviewed. Additionally, the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) and the Center for Creative Leadership administered a survey to 75 HR leaders to identify key skills and the experiences needed to be future-ready.
