Summary
The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) and the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) collaborated in a study to identify the practices for developing future top leaders in a fast-moving and complex environment like Asia. The research uncovered five paradoxical takeaways on how to best accelerate leadership development in Asia. This report summarizes these findings.
