Abstract

Using a case study strategy, the authors examine the adoption and application of a particular relational view of leadership, the Direction-Alignment-Commitment (DAC) Framework, in a community of leadership development practitioners. Findings from this case are used to reflect on and inform a perspective on the development of leadership development which is grounded in constructive-developmental theory.
