Summary

The article examines the effects of four career websites content features on viewers’ perceptions of nine organizational culture attributes. The article is based upon Braddy’s doctoral dissertation, which was completed at North Carolina State University. An earlier version was presented at the 23rd Annual Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology conference in San Francisco.
