John Fleenor, Phillip Braddy (formally with CCL), Adam Meade and Gabriel Pappalardo (NC State University) received the Hogan Award for Personality and Work Performance, which was presented at 2022 SIOP (Society for Industrial and Organization Psychology) conference. The award was for an article published on the development of PerSight, a personality assessment used by CCL.
