Summary

Few people reach the top of a major corporation without considerable talent and an impressive list of accomplishments. Still, many talented executives rise near the top yet are denied the ultimate positions. This study looked at the key events in the careers of effective, mobile executives, including a close look at executives who “derailed” or did not live up to their full potential.
