The goal of this study was to examine trends important to current and future leaders. These data were collected in April 2007 from 1,131 past participants of Center for Creative Leadership programs or members of our online community, myCCL. Results indicate that respondents believe the definition of leadership has changed over the past five years (76%), and the challenges they face are increasingly complex (91%). This paper sheds light on these findings.
