Fifty-three percent of more than 500 global leaders recently surveyed chose agile innovation as one of the top trends to influence their businesses over the next five years. Unexpectedly, the COVID-19 pandemic elevated the need for organization to embrace agile innovation. This article discusses challenges to agile innovation and ways to mitigate the challenges.
